    Vikram had earlier worked with Birla Sun Life Insurance (BSLI) as CIO; Saurabh has been re-designated as MD & CEO of Religare Invesco.

    Vikram had earlier worked with Birla Sun Life Insurance (BSLI) as CIO; Saurabh has been re-designated as  MD & CEO of Religare Invesco.

    Deutsche Asset Management announced the appointment of Vikram Kotak as the Chief Investment Officer – Equity. Vikram will be responsible for all investment activities and investment strategy on the equity side of the asset management division.

    Prior to this, Vikram had worked with Birla Sun Life Insurance (BSLI) as CIO where he was a part of the core leadership. A commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India, Vikram recently completed an Executive Development Programme (EDP) from Wharton School of Business.

    Deutsche Mutual Fund manages assets of Rs 18500 crore as of April -June 2013.

    In another development, Saurabh Nanavati has been appointed as Managing Director of Religare Invesco AMC from July 11, 2013. Saurabh Nanavati will be an Associate Director, said an addendum released by the fund house on July 15.
