Coimbatore IFA Association, an associate of Chennai’s popular IFA Association – IFA Galaxy is organizing a ‘knowledge seminar’ in Coimbatore on August 10. The event is expected to get participation from CEOs, fund managers, motivational speakers and IFAs. The association is expecting around 100 participants at the event. The event agenda includes a panel discussion on financial planning and a session on how to market mutual funds to clients. The event is being supported by Tata Mutual Fund.

C N Annadurai, President, Coimbatore IFA Association states, “We used to attend IFA Galaxy knowledge seminars in states like Andhra Pradesh and Kerala and felt the need to organize such an event in Coimbatore as well. Hence, Coimbatore IFA Association was formed in August 2012 with 15 members. Currently we have 100 registered IFAs and have applied for the registration of the organization.”

Coimbatore IFA Association helps registered members by keeping them updated on the latest developments at AMFI, SEBI and AMCs.  It helps resolve problems related to ARN renewal and provides guidance to people who wish to become IFA.
