Regular plans continue to contribute the highest proportion of the total equity AUM; however, the participation of retail investors through direct plans is on a rise. This can be attributed to the emergence of new-age technology platforms.

As an MFD how can you overcome this situation and justify brokerage payment to investors?

To answer this and other pertinent questions, Cafemutual has organised a webinar titled ‘How to take on direct plan platforms?’, where it will host Aditya Agarwal as the key speaker.

Aditya founded Wealthy, a wealth management platform for MFDs and RIAs along with Prashant Gupta. An engineering graduate from IIT Bombay, Aditya worked as a consultant with an MNC before forming Wealthy.

In conversation with Nishant Patnaik, Associate Editor, Cafemutual, Aditya will talk about:
    • Attracting direct plan investors to regular plans
    • Tackling client attrition due to direct plans
    • Justifying brokerage in regular plans
    • Translating the intangible (good advice, behavioural nudge, etc) to tangible
Additionally, you can also interact with Aditya and ask questions during the Q&A session.

The webinar is scheduled for today at 4.30 pm.
