MFD association of Dehradun NIAWS celebrated International Women's Day by felicitating women MF sales officials.
The associated felicitated five women officials - Anjali Gupta of White Oak Capital MF, Deepika Negi of Kotak MF, Latika Virmani of Mahindra Manulife, Shreya Sharma of DSP MF and Varsha Taragi of Sundaram MF. Rajendra Bissht, President of the association and other members including Saral Aggarwal, Secretary and Monica Nanda, Treasurer were present at the felicitation ceremony.
The association believes that these women employees have encouraged spouses of many MFDs to take up distribution business actively.
Amit Pande from NIAWS told Cafemutual that while spouses of many MFDs have taken ARN number, they were not very actively engaged in the business. It is due to efforts of these women officials that these women are now going out to seek business and start contributing to the business growth of MFDs, he said.
