    Here are fund houses with least investor complaints in March 2023

    While DSP and NJ received one complaint each, ITI received zero. Read on to know the details of investor complaints registered with other fund houses.

    MF investors registered 1,751 complaints in March 2023, shows AMFI data. These represent total complaints (including complaints received through SCORES) filed with the top 30 fund houses reporting the highest average AUM.

    ITI MF is the only fund house to have zero complaint in March 2023. While DSP MF and NJ MF received one complaint each, IIFL MF received two complaints.

    PPFAS MF and IDBI MF reported the next lowest count of three each.

    Notably, these are the only fund houses to receive less than five complaints.

    Overall, eight fund houses - SBI MF (101), Franklin Templeton MF (106), Sundaram MF (121), ICICI Prudential MF (138), Mirae Asset MF (144), HDFC MF (169), Axis MF (170) and quant MF (237) received more than 100 complaints each.

    Type of complaints

    In March 2023, investors largely complained about incorrect data and non-receipt of transaction SMS/email/OTP, SIP registration status not known, etc. Of the total 1,751 complaints, they filed 1,101 such complaints in total.

    Apart from these, there were 245 complaints on non-updation of changes viz. address, PAN, bank details, nomination, etc. And, another 158 complaints pertained to delays in unit allotment.
