HDFC AMC recently announced its quarterly financial results, in which the AMC reported close to 52% annual rise in PAT. The profits increased from Rs 314.2 crore in Apr-June 2022 to Rs 477.5 crore in Apr- June 2023.
The operating profits also went up from Rs 373.7 crore to Rs 413.3 crore, a 11% growth.
Here are the other key highlights.
- Rise in quarterly average AUM from Rs 4.15 lakh crore as on June 2022 to Rs 4.86 lakh crore as on June 2023, forming 11.3% of the total market share
- An equity oriented AUM and non-equity oriented quarterly average AUM ratio of 54:46, as against industry ratio of 49:51
- Individual investors form 65% of the total monthly average AUM as against 57% in the industry
- A 17.2% contribution of B-30 locations to the total monthly average AUM
- 50.3 lakh SIPs of Rs 1,890 crore processed during June 2023
- 1.22 crore live accounts with 71 lakh unique PAN or PEKRN as on June 2023
- Over 75,000 empanelled distribution partners i.e. MFDs, national distributors and banks servicing through 229 branches, having 151 of these in B-30 locations
