    MFDs can now execute MF transaction on WhatsApp

    Nippon India MF enables their distributors to execute financial and non-financial transaction through WhatsApp.

    Nippon India Mutual Fund has extended features of its distributor initiated platfom ‘Business Easy’ in which it has enabled distributors to execute transaction in their MF schemes through WhatsApp.

    MFDs can also do non-financial transactions like downloading account statement and generating capital gains statement on WhatsApp.

    MFDs can simply say ‘Hi’ to use this feature. You can do both lumpsum and systematic transaction through WhatsApp. Further, you can get overview of your AUM and brokerage on WhatsApp.

    In a communication, the fund house said, “In this fast-paced world, technology is evolving at an unprecedented speed, revolutionizing the way mutual fund distributors operate and communicate with their clients. With about half a billion users in India, WhatsApp is undoubtedly the most popular messaging app in the country and is known for its simplicity, extensive reach, and ability to communicate effectively.
