Groww has won the prestigious Cafemutual Big League Award under the category ‘Fintech Player of the Year-All India’ for adding the highest number of new investors (PANs) during FY 2023 at the recently held Cafemutual Confluence 2023.
Cafemutual announced 26 winning names, which performed exceptionally well during the financial year 2022-23. Powered by CAMS, these awards celebrated the relentless efforts of MFDs, NDs and other MF players who stood out from the rest on the back of striking business numbers.
Cafemutual declared winners across five broad categories - SIP, equity inflows, new folios, fintech player and overall business.
The company attributed this win to its product experience and customer love: "Since inception, the company's focus has been on building a customer-centric platform that improves access to financial services.”
Elaborating further on its customer-centric approach, Groww explained, “It’s essential to understand customers’ evolving needs and constantly work towards improving their experience. When customers have a good experience, they talk about it, which brings more users to the platform.”
The company also believes in empowering people through financial education. “Today, people want to take control of their finances and want to learn more. Financial education has always been a focus area for Groww, and the company runs multiple initiatives in this regard,” said Groww.
