    SBI Mutual Fund has collected over Rs. 6,700 crore during the NFO of SBI Energy Opportunities Fund. The fund house has received application from over 5 lakh investors.

    The fund would invest in companies that are engaged in activities such as exploration, production, distribution, transportation and processing of traditional and new energy.

    Earlier, DP Singh, Deputy MD & Joint CEO, SBI MF said, “The fund is an opportunity to participate in the growth of the India energy sector. Investors who believe and seek to leverage this growth journey should look at investing in the fund in line with their risk profile and portfolio needs.”
