ABSL MF integrates generative AI to handle investor queries

Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has launched a generative AI tool to handle investor queries.

The fund house has integrated MyMutualFundGPT across their digital platforms. The tool goes beyond traditional keyword matching by comprehending the context of queries and generates responses based on the meaning.
