The much awaited report on the National Pension System (NPS), which is expected to make it more distributor-friendly, is going to be presented this week
Mumbai: The report on the modification of the National Pension System (NPS), which was scheduled to be released earlier this year, is finally about to be tabled this week, reports The Times of India. The NPS, under the Pension Fund Regulatory Development Authority (PFRDA) needed to be revised in order to make it more distributor-friendly. The report will, hence, suggest introduction of marketing-driven approach for the purpose.
It will recommend ways to allow distributors to have a share of the benefits and also let PFRDA generate funds for itself, says The Times of India.
