After spending over six years at Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Vikaas M Sachdeva, CEO, has put in his papers, said two sources privy to the development.
Radhika Gupta, co-founder, Forefront Capital Management, (an AIF arm of Edelweiss Group) will succeed Vikaas as the new CEO of the fund house. She will take charge on February 1, 2017. Radhika has done BSc in economics and BSE in Computer Science Engineering from University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Edelweiss MF, Vikaas was Head - Business Development at Bharti Axa Investment Managers and ING Investment Management. He had also worked with Birla Sun Life MF as the national head - sales and marketing.
Sachdeva is an MMS in Marketing and Finance from CRK Institute of Management and Research and a B.Com from Narsee Monjee Institute of Commerce and Research.
Edelweiss Mutual Fund manages Rs. 6826 crore as on December 2016.
