IDFC Small and Midcap Equity Fund name to be changed

The scheme will be renamed as IDFC Sterling Equity Fund from 24 October 2011

The scheme will be renamed as IDFC Sterling Equity Fund from 24 October 2011

IDFC Mutual Fund has announced a change in the name of IDFC Small and Midcap Equity Fund. Accordingly, the scheme will be renamed as IDFC Sterling Equity Fund with effect from 24 October 2011. All the other terms and conditions of the scheme information document remain unchanged.

The scheme predominantly invests in small and midcap equity and equity related instruments.
