HDFC Life Insurance Company has introduced a new facility called ‘INSTAInsure’ through which agents can sell a new insurance policy in just three clicks. This facility aims to reduce turnaround time to on board a new customer.
Agents can fill up the proposal form, do online KYC and verify income online to onboard their clients. However, there will be no medical check-up under this facility.
In a press release, the company said, “INSTAInsure is an end-to-end digital journey that enables a partner’s customers to purchase a life insurance policy in a quick and hassle free manner. Through this, an existing customer of any of HDFC Life’s partners can purchase a policy instantly, in just 3 clicks. The policy issuance is done almost instantly.”
