Axis Nifty 100 Index Fund, Nippon India Index S&P BSE Sensex, HDFC Nifty 50 Equal Weight Index Fund and LIC MF Nifty 50 Index Fund have the highest distributable TER of over 0.80% in the large cap space, shows an analysis of the Cafemutual Ready Reckoner Index Fund February 2023. Notably, this is the highest distributable TER across all index funds.
In the mid cap space, ICICI Prudential Nifty Midcap 150 Index Fund and Motilal Oswal Nifty Midcap 150 Index Fund take the lead with a distributable TER of 0.80%. On the other hand, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty Smallcap 50 Index Fund has the highest distributable TER of 0.73% in the small cap space.
In the debt index category, Aditya Birla Sun Life Nifty SDL Apr 2027 Index Fund leads the list with a distributable TER of 0.35%.
Distributable TER is the difference between regular plan TER and direct plan TER. It indicates the leeway that the fund houses can offer as trail commission.
