    Sanjay Sapre of Franklin Templeton updates investors on shuttered schemes

    Offering details of the ongoing cases in courts regarding the winding up of schemes, Sapre said all pending litigations would be transferred to the division bench of Karnataka High Court.

    Sanjay Sapre, President, Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund, has written to investors on the six wound up schemes in its portfolio. In a letter with the subject line of `an update on winding up of six fixed income schemes, Sapre said he is writing for two reasons: one, to thank you for your patience in matters related to winding up of the 6 yield-oriented fixed income schemes. Second, to update you on some of the recent developments.
