New riskometer will make debt funds easier to pick

Mutual fund investors will soon be able to gauge risks better while evaluating schemes. Sebi has revised norms that require fund houses to assess and label risks in various schemes. The riskometer will now capture inherent risks in a fund portfolios in detail. Will this new tool finally simplify the choosing process for investors?
