Munnavar Khan of Vision Advisory Services celebrated Eid with underprivileged children. He along with his team hosted an iftar party during Ramzan, distributed foods and clothes to needy and conducted medical camp for underprivileged children.

During Ramzan, Munnavar hosted a special iftar party for slum kids. 250 kids aged 5 to 15 from Arif Nagar slums ended their daily Ramadan fast with the Bhopal MFD.

Munnavar organised this party through his organisation KGN Social Foundation.  He said, “We served freshly cut fruits, pink dates and roohafza for iftar. After that, we all offered namaz and relished home-cooked chicken biryani with meethi sevaiya made by my wife. We also distributed new toys and clothes to the kids.”

In another activity, Munnavar celebrated Ramzan with 120 kids at Vallabh Nagar Anganwadi Kendra. He and his team served juice and distributed toys, water bottles, clothes and books to the kids. Interestingly, KGN Social Foundation has adopted the Anganwadi Kendra to take care of their daily needs.

In addition, the Bhopal MFD organised a diabetes camp at the Anganwadi Kendra. He said, “On hearing about cases of diabetes amongst kids, we decided to spread awareness and keep a check on our kids’ health. We immediately collaborated with Mita Wadhwa, a social worker and a wellness organisation and conducted the camp. We are relieved as none of the kids have been diagnosed with diabetes.”
