The 13th Annual IFA Galaxy event, IFA Galaxy Knowledge Summit 2023 will take place on February 24-25, 2023 at Taj Coromandel, Chennai.
Talking about the summit, Mohsin Bijepuri, President, IFA Galaxy shared that this year’s theme is ‘Key Is Me’. Elaborating further he said, “An MFD takes investors through the changing dynamics and is an anchor in their lives which gives the needed financial stability. The theme thus celebrates every MFD as the key to creating an aspirational and successful investment journey.”
The two-day event will have a mix of over 20 industry and non-industry speakers who will bring their perspectives and best practices to the table. It will host over 500 MFDs, AMC representatives and other industry participants.
“Through this event, IFA Galaxy will celebrate its first physical gathering post-pandemic. It will provide a solid platform to keep abreast of current happenings, embrace new ideas and network with fellow peers and others”, said Mohsin.
He also shared that the MFD association has launched a survey on commonly followed business practices and will discuss the results at the annual event. Additionally, there will also be an exclusive ‘Fintech Pavilion’ that will host fintech players like software providers, transaction platforms and P2P platforms among others.
IFA Galaxy Knowledge Summit 2023 will kick-start at 10:30 am on February 24, 2023 (Friday). While registrations with stay accommodation are full, the MFD association is still accepting registrations without stay accommodation at Rs. 10,000 (including GST).

About the survey
The survey comprises only six questions on common business practices that MFDs follow. It touches on key aspects like asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, behavioural coaching, etc.
Mohsin shared, “We will announce, evaluate and discuss the survey results at the knowledge summit. A large number of responses will give a fairly good idea about the current practices. We thus encourage every MFD to spare just a minute and participate in this survey.”
