Rajesh Iyer has stepped down as the CEO, DHFL Pramerica Mutual Fund.
A notice on the AMC website says, “Ajit Menon, Chief Business Officer, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (Interim) of DHFL Pramerica Asset Managers (AMC) with effect from October 06, 2018. Rajesh Iyer has ceased to be the Chief Executive Officer and key personnel of the AMC with effect from the close of business hours on October 05, 2018.”
Sources privy to development said that Rajesh has left the organisation due to personal reasons. He will be on the gardening leave until December 2018. Sources said that Rajesh might join a private bank in future.
Rajesh was associated with Kotak Mahindra Wealth Management, heading their Investment Advisory and Family Office businesses and with brands such as UTI-Nomura Securities, TAIB Bank EC and the National Bank of Bahrain.
