Life becomes simple when you shift your business to a completely digital and paperless world. You can save a lot of time and effort by moving your business online and utilize your saved time on acquiring new clients and servicing existing ones.

How did MFU help your business grow especially during the pandemic?
I realized the real strength of MFU during March 2020 when the industry was unable to process physical requests. MFU is like an avatar that facilitated all transaction requests be it purchases, redemptions and switches during the pandemic. Thankfully I never felt restricted in doing business during the lockdown. MFU is like my friend in the new work from home environment that is available to me and my clients 24X7.
What makes MFU a better platform?
I am using all transaction platforms but MFU offers unique experience. One of the best features that MFU offers is flowchart of all transactions. It covers the entire transaction cycle – placement of order to final execution. In fact, I have updated my business software with this feature to track transaction cycle. This feature also helps my clients to monitor their investments.
Can you highlight one major achievement that you are proud of.
A few months back, we made two large-sized redemption requests. But it wasn’t reflecting on my business software. Since it was redemption requests, I have to ensure that my client gets same day NAV. This is where MFU comes into picture. MFU not only reflected the transaction, it gave complete report on these two transactions through its flowchart feature.
Any important suggestion to MFD community who are yet to move their business online to platforms like MFU.
I strongly recommend that all mutual fund distributors should use MFU to expand and grow their mutual fund distribution business.
