SEBI launches generative AI for investors

SEBI has introduced SEBI’s Virtual Assistant (SEVA), an artificial intelligence based chatbot for investors. SEVA will be available on SAARTHI

Investors can use this chatbot to ask general questions on securities markets, master circulars, grievance redressal process and so on.

Since this is beta launch, you may expect only basic functionality from the chatbot. However, SEBI plans to add more features to chatbot based on feedback from investors.

You can access the beta version of this chatbot at https://investor.sebi.gov.in/.

You can also download SEBI’s Saarthi app to use this chatbot. Saarthi is a personal finance mobile app for investors to increase their awareness about capital market products.
