Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has launched an online platform for distributors called ‘First Serve’ which aims to simplify the day-to-day operation of IFAs and help serve clients better.
Through this platform, IFAs can check their book of business with FT, solve client queries and simplify client on boarding process.
Moreover, IFAs can view and download brokerage statement which would have a simple representation of the brokerage accrued and provide insights on different aspects of IFAs business book with FT.

This platform has been designed based on the feedback received from our distribution partners.
