Taurus MF has filed an offer
document for Taurus Balanced Fund
Mumbai:
Taurus has filed an offer document with SEBI to launch Taurus Balanced
Fund, an open ended balanced scheme.
The investment objective is to
generate capital appreciation with stability through a well-balanced portfolio
comprising of equity and fixed income securities. The scheme would allocate 65-75 per cent of assets in equity
& equity related instruments with high risk profile. It would further invest 25-35
per cent of assets in debt and money market instruments with low risk profile.
The fund will be benchmarked
against CRISIL Balanced Fund
Index. The scheme will charge 1 per cent exit load if units are redeemed within
one year from the date of allotment. The fund will be jointly managed by Sadanand Shetty and Rahul Pal.
