Mutual Fund merges HSBC Floating Rate Fund – Short Term into HSBC Cash Fund

Mutual Fund has decided to merge HSBC
Floating Rate Fund – Short Term, an income scheme into HSBC Cash Fund, a liquid scheme with effect
from September 2, 2011. After the merger, all the features of the scheme will remain unchanged.
Investors who do not agree with the merger, have an option to
redeem their investments from August 1, 2011 to August 31, 2011without any exit
load.
