Equity - Offshore Ajay Argal resigns from Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund
Mumbai: Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has announced that Mr.
Ajay Argal, Head Equity-Offshore, has resigned from Birla Sun Life Asset
Management Company Ltd and shall accordingly cease to be key personnel of Birla
Sun Life AMC with effect from August 16, 2011.
Birla MF also said that Ravindra Chandra Bhargava, an
Independent Director on the Board of Birla Sun Life AMC, has resigned as
director of the company effective July 30, 2011.
