    There are many events conducted in the mutual fund industry which provide us knowledge and keep us updated. But our event focuses more on skills and attitude development. ‘Mastering Communication for Influence Boot Camp’ will help IFAs improve their communication skills. In advisory business, communication is of utmost importance. We are communicating all the time either through words, actions or thoughts. This is a skill that can make or break your business.

    What will be the key takeaways for the audience?

    Mastering Communication for Influence Boot Camp is designed to help IFAs communicate their ideas, unleash their story and give them the framework needed to deliver the message powerfully. Attendees will learn step-by-step procedure to become a celebrity authority in their line of business. It will teach them how to become a master story teller. They will also learn about using energy consciousness in communication, discover strengths with the help of Gallup Strength Finder test and get them redefined by the Gallup Coach, learn the art of adding humour in talk, develop content, get heard and influence people.

    How will the event help IFAs in mastering communication?

    Everyone in the MF industry will benefit from this first-of-its-kind Boot Camp. These three days will not only empower distributors with various tools and techniques but also start the process of transformation. IFAs need to use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) which is an approach to understand the communication and psychotherapy of consumers. We should communicate not to impress but to express. These three days will be an experiential learning for each participant and they will be able to see a transformation in their personality.

    They need to project themselves in a unique way. Everything is about branding.

    In the last 10 years, I have developed myself as a Master NLP Practitioner and have been practicing Graphology which has helped me increase my business.

    How can IFAs understand client psyche through their handwriting?

    Handwriting is the mirror of your personality. Each and every word is a connection of dots, just the way the condition of the heart is reflected in an ECG report. A Graphologist is able to see what is in your mind. A client may be logical or emotional. If logical, he/she will focus on figures and facts and if emotional then he/she focuses on creation and dreams. Advisors can offer bespoke solutions if they understand the nature of clients. Moreover, the productivity of IFAs will grow with the awareness of this science.
