PFRDA data shows that the AUM of ‘All Citizens’ in NPS grew to Rs.65,000 crore in June 2024 compared to Rs.60,000 crore in March 2024, an increase of 8%.
The ‘All Citizens’ NPS AUM captures contribution by subscribers who have opened NPS accounts on their own or through Point of Sales Representatives.
Further, the data shows that the AUM of ‘All Citizens’ NPS now accounts for 5% of the total NPS AUM, which stands at Rs.12.10 lakh crore in June 2024.
The total NPS AUM includes contributions from the Central Government, State Governments, Corporate Sectors, All Citizens and the NPS Swavalamban.

Further, the report shows that the NPS industry added 83,000 new subscribers in April-June 2024 under 'All Citizens' AUM. The subscriber base increased to 36 lakh in June 2024.
