    Paytm partners with insurance companies for making cashless payments

    Paytm is partnering with insurance companies to facilitate cashless payment of renewal premiums and is targeting premium collections of Rs 1,000 crore this fiscal year. 

    The mobile wallet and e-tailer, which recently also got a payments bank license, will start with three insurers to facilitate renewal of policies through smartphones without having to pull out their credit or debit card.
