On the occasion of Dussehra, Kutch MFDs Vimal Kharecha and Jignesh Chavda of Gallant Ventures and Navi Mumbai MFD Sanjay Gaggar, National Bull investment carried out successful SIP drives. Both these MFDs created 87 and 75 SIP clients, respectively.

Kutch MFDs Vimal Kharecha and Jignesh Chavda of Gallant Ventures
MFDs Vimal Kharecha and Jignesh Chavda of Gallant Ventures, Kutch registered 175 SIPs amounting to Rs.4.17 lakh on Dussehra. A total of 87 investors participated in the drive of which 27 were first time investors.
Through this drive, Vimal and Jignesh focused on busting myths associated with mutual funds. Themed ‘This Dussehra Kill 10 Investment Evils & Start SIP Investment’, the MFDs conducted knowledge sessions for new and existing clients to resolves queries and concerns of investors related to mutual funds.
Talking about this, Vimal said, “Many investors believe that they will lose money due to market risks in mutual funds. We felt that it was important to educate the clients about this and what day could be better than Dussehra.”
Their team of 8 began preparing for the drive 20 days prior to Dussehra. They first made a list of prospective clients through referrals and existing clients who had not increased their SIP amount over the past two years and invited them to their sessions. They also followed up with them through physical meetings and phone calls and encouraged them to start SIP to beat inflation.
Vimal and Jignesh also promoted goal based SIPs to investors to achieve goals like buying a house or car through this drive.
Navi Mumbai MFD Sanjay Gaggar of National Bulls Investment Services
Kharghar MFD Sanjay Gaggar, National Bull investment registered 175 SIPs in which 75 investors participated in the SIP drive amounting to Rs.1.85 lakh.
Gaggar attributed this to his continuous knowledge sessions and social media promotion. He conducts at least 2 knowledge sessions in a month.
His team started preparing for this SIP drive 10 days prior to Dussehra. They reached out to 150 clients including participants who had attended Gaggar’s previous knowledge sessions.
The team also promoted their SIP drive on social media during Navratri. Another activity that has worked well for him was asking his existing clients to put reviews on Google. This gave him 12 new clients for his SIP drive.
