    Assam distributor couple executes 186 SIPs in a single day

    Interestingly, Jorhat distributor couple, Rinku and Pramod Bhilwaria ran this SIP drive with only 9 clients.

    Distributor couple from Jorhat in Assam - Rinku and Pramod Bhilwaria have executed 186 SIPs amounting to Rs.1.86 lakh in a single day on June 04, 2020.

    Surprisingly, the couple has run this SIP drive with just 9 clients. Both Rinku and Pramod got an idea of running a SIP drive when a client approached them seeking their advice on investments after the recent market correction. “A few clients had shown their interest in investing in equity funds to take advantage of the recent correction in the market. This made us realize that we should approach other clients and get them too to invest in equity funds through SIPs,” Rinku said.

    The next step was to shortlist clients who were comfortable with equity markets. “We approached 20 clients who have invested with us over the last 5 years. These clients understand market dynamics better and have money to invest in equity funds. We took a conscious decision not to approach a large number of clients as we are aware that many people have been facing financial constraints due to the nationwide lockdown and asking them to invest in these difficult times may not be right.”

    Overall, 9 clients participated in their SIP drive including 2 new clients.

    Here is how the couple ran successful SIP drive:

    • Since the number of clients were less, the couple got adequate time to follow up with them and make them understand how the recent market correction presents a good opportunity to create wealth
    • The couple highlighted the performance of equity funds across market cycles to generate confidence among their clients
    • Arranged conference calls for prospects with their existing investors who had seen at least one market cycle and created wealth by staying invested in equity funds
    • Shared success stories of clients who have achieved their financial goals through SIPs
    • Prepared a report on Indian economy based on inputs from top fund managers. The report highlighted how Indian economy is resilient and businesses that will do well in future

    Interestingly, the couple executed this SIP drive in less than a week.

    !82 SIPs from 9 Client, Does it mean 20 sips for each customer on average. Does it really qualify proper advise?

    Each and every investors will lose their money very shortly.. Only distributors will gain profit..So be alert investors....I am saying this because I have suffered heavy loss..lastly decided to quit this gambling..

    SIP is pre planned trapped..since bank npa are highest..so where from your NAV will increase

    Even sip fails for a long term..if market declines...So no certainty is there to book profit..Over all it's a mirage...

    Do the distributor couple think they gave a proper advice? It's just for their commission.
    Each of the client really need just one or max 2 funds and SIP in each mutual fund.
    SEBI / AMFI should question the distributor for justification on why such an ill advice is given.

    So an average 20 SIP's for 1 investor? This is a SCAM. On the pretext of financial advisor, such people are fooling everyone.
