Ahmedabad mother son duo MFDs Ranna Shukla and her son Parth Shukla have emotionally and financially supported a client during the time of economic crisis.
During the first wave of the unprecedented covid-19, a building material dealer approached Parth to know how can he surrender his insurance policies. Since Parth’s company offers tax consultancy, this dealer files his returns through him.
Parth sensed his anxieties and requested him to share his problem with him. He told Parth that his business was affected by lockdown restrictions and he did not have money to meet household expenses.
Parth said, “His biggest worry was funding education fee of his son who is doing engineering. While he could manage his son’s running expenses by surrendering couple of insurance policies, he could not afford to pay his education fee. His son may not be allowed to appear for examination if he misses the final due date of depositing fees.”
Parth shared this with his mother and they decided to take up the responsibility of education fees of his client son. Not just one semester but the duo ensured timely payment of fees over the next three semesters, which totalled up to Rs. 2.82 lakh. In fact, the duo has also promised to pay the fees for the next semester too.
The real estate material dealer and his son are touched by this thoughtful gesture. His son said, “We are truly grateful to Ranna Shukla and Parth Shukla and the fact they helped us will always be special.”
