Different strokes for different folks is the key to manage clients well

Manage your clients based on their assets and your relationship with them.
    Shreeta Rege May 31, 2018

Not all clients are same. While some would expect you to keep them updated on their portfolio changes periodically, others prefer minimal interaction; some entrust you with majority of their savings while others only invest a small portion of their savings through you. Servicing these different categories of clients requires you to fine-tune your approach to each of their needs.

Team Cafemutual believes that categorising your clients in different buckets will help you serve them better. Hence, we have prepared a table to help you identify various client groups and customise your service to provide maximum value to them.  Use this table to:

    • Customise approach
    • Make your clients realise that you value them
    • Helps you organise your client engagement efforts better

We have divided clients segment into four categories based on portfolio size and your relationship with clients. Though assets size of your clients is important, the quality of your relationship with them matters in the long term.

You can tweak the services you would like to offer to each category of clients as per your relation with the client.

    Category 1 Clients

    (Large portfolio and good relationship)

    Category 2 Clients

    (Medium portfolio and good relationship)

    Category 3 Clients

(Large portfolio and strictly professional relationship)

    Category 4 Clients

(Medium portfolio and strictly professional relationship) OR (Small portfolio)
