CAMS has introduced a new facility titled advanced NAV search for distributors and investors. You can use this facility on www.camsonline.com or myCAMS app.
Advanced NAV search allows investors and distributors to look up NAVs using either old scheme name or new scheme name, asset class wise using partial or full string search. You can also check historical NAVs of a scheme on CAMS as the R&T agent has eliminated 90 day limit for historical NAV viewing.
Partial and full string search - The enhanced NAV search facility helps investors look for the NAV of a specific fund and similar (or lookalike) funds based on various criteria. So, whether you are looking to compare it with funds that are identical to your preferred funds or with funds with similar features, you can use the CAMS platform and find the NAV with ease.
Search using asset class or scheme type - Using the enhanced NAV search facility on the website, investors can refine their search using the fund's asset class or scheme type. This option was designed to help investors explore the value of multiple funds in a single class, helping them compare their performance.
Search based on old scheme name – Investors and distributors who prefer using old scheme names can do so in advanced NAV search facility.
Investors can also customise alerts such as SMS or email NAV updates based on their preferences through this facility.
