This help-desk service claims to resolve all your service related queries, which include GST, KYC, brokerage details and so on.
To begin with, the fund house has introduced this facility across nine locations. You can connect with them through a toll free number or email ids mentioned in the table. You can speak to these representatives in regional language depending on the geographical presence of the PPD.
Every time, the company would capture your feedback to ensure that your requests are resolved in time.
In a note sent to Cafemutual, the fund house said, “The growth in the industry has resulted in increasing the quantum of both the number of investors and transactions. Distribution partners have played a key role in this growth and as they manage growing number of investors, better service standard becomes a must.”
In future, the fund house will extend this facility across the country.
