    PrimeInvestor.in launches fund research and ratings business

    To soon unveil its full-suite of products across mutual funds, deposits, ETFs, insurance, stocks and other savings products.

    Ex-FundsIndia.com employees – Srikanth Meenakshi, Vidya Bala, Bhavana Acharya and industry expert – Aarati Krishnan have forayed into fund research and ratings business titled PrimeInvestor.in.

    In a press release Vidya Bala, Co-founder, PrimeInvestor.in said, “Prime Ratings metrics strike a balance between looking at longer term performance and recent performance. This way, the ratings do not consider data that may have turned irrelevant nor is completely swayed by recent performance.”

    The firm will soon be unveiling its full-suite of products and portfolios across mutual funds, deposits, ETFs, insurance, stocks and other savings products, the release said.

    Srikanth Meenakshi, co-founder of PrimeInvestor.in said, “Our full suite of recommended products and portfolios, besides our review tools when all used together, can empower a retail investor make confident decisions in the right direction”.

    PrimeRatings uses half-star ratings progressions in the 1 to 5 star range. That is, it’s not a simple 5-4-3-2-1 star rating system but a more graded 5★ to 4.5★ to 4★ to 3.5★ and so on until 1★.
