Kotak Mutual Fund has launched a new investor education and awareness campaign on balanced advantage funds (BAFs) titled ‘Go automatic with Balanced Advantage Funds’.

This campaign aims to educate investors who are waiting for the right moment to invest their hard-earned money. The campaign underlines that investors should invest in BAF without having to worry about the ups & downs of the market.

In a press release, Nilesh Shah, Group President & MD, Kotak Mahindra AMC said, “Whether you are a first-time investor, a market timer, a long-term investor or even a young investor waiting for the right moment to start investing, BAFs could help all categories of investors as they automatically allocate more to equity when the markets are low and decrease allocation to equity when the markets are high, to protect the downside. Essentially, the investors pass on the responsibility of asset allocation between debt and equity to the fund manager. We have launched this campaign to enlighten investors about BAF as a category of mutual fund schemes using which one could go automatic with their investments and start their long term wealth creation journey through mutual funds.”

The campaign opens with a TVC film that will be aired in more than 10 languages across India with a digital campaign across mass media to reach out to the younger audiences.
