Groww Mutual Fund has facilitated online KYC and Re-KYC services for MFDs. With this, MFDs can help their customers verify or reverify their KYC through the Groww Mutual Fund online platform.
Any distributor can use this facility. The fund house said, “With complete data security and a user-friendly interface, this is available to all customers of mutual fund distributors regardless of whether they invest in Groww Mutual Fund. Empanelling themselves with Groww Mutual Fund allows Mutual Fund distributors to connect their customers to this service by first entering their customer's basic details. Upon the completion of this step, a link would be shared with customers requesting them to confirm their basic details and with just a few additional steps, customers can complete their KYC application. “
