    Templeton India Equity Income Fund pays dividend

    Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund to pay dividend to investors in Templeton India Equity Income Fund

    Mumbai: Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has declared dividend under its Templeton India Equity Income Fund. The record date for distribution of dividend is March 11, 2011.

    The quantum of dividend decided for distribution is Rs 0.70 per unit on the face value of Rs 10.

    Templeton India Equity Income Fund is an open ended equity scheme with investment to provide a combination of regular income and long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in stocks that have a current or potentially attractive dividend yield. It is benchmarked against BSE 200.
