June 30 is the last date to submit the annual Declaration of Self-Certification (DSC) for distributors. Failing to do so may lead AMCs to withhold or even forfeit your trail commission.
While AMFI provides a grace period until September 30, AMCs will begin withholding commissions from July 1 if the DSC is not submitted by June 30. If the DSC is not submitted by September 30, AMCs will permanently forfeit the withheld trail commission.
AMFI stated, “Please note that if the annual DSC is not submitted by June 30, 2025, payment of all accrued commission shall be withheld by the AMCs from July 1, 2025, until the DSC is submitted. Further, if the annual DSC is not submitted by September 30, 2025, the commission withheld for non-submission shall be forfeited, as mentioned in AMFI Circular No. CIR/ARN/23/2022-23 dated July 25, 2022. Hence, it is in the interest of MFDs to submit the DSC well in time to avoid any inconvenience.”
You can submit your annual DSC online through the AMFI website using two one-time passwords (OTPs)—one sent to your registered mobile number and the other to your registered email ID.
Here is a step-by-step guide to uploading the DSC:
• Visit the Distributor Corner on the AMFI website and click on the Online ARN Renewal module using your existing login ID and password.
• If you do not have login credentials, send an email from your registered email ID to sd_amfi@camsonline.com. CAMS will send you a user ID. You will then need to set a password using the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
• Click on Update Profile and choose the Self Declaration icon.
• Select OTP and click on Next.
• Generate and enter the OTPs sent to your registered mobile number and email ID to complete the submission.
• Upon successful submission, the system will display the message: “Annual Self Declaration form submitted successfully.”
