LIC India has introduced “LIC Digi Zone” to improve digital presence of the company by facilitating online sales and services.
LIC Digi Zone is a digital kiosk installed in the branch offices of LIC. It will help customers get information on policies, buy new policies and renew their existing policies. The facility aims to increase productivity of agents and enhance digital experience of customers.
In a press release, MR Kumar, LIC Chairman said, "The launch of LIC Digi Zone is a big day for our corporation. LIC plans to undertake the next wave of digital transformation to unlock several benefits of accelerating growth, driving customer satisfaction and improving intermediary productivity and loyalty."
