Sundaram Mutual Fund has launched a WhatsApp chatbot called ‘Wise Guide’ for existing investors.

Investors can get details of their MF investments like NAV, portfolio valuation and account statements through this facility. The chatbot also has an in-built SIP calculator and a branch locator to help investors find offices of Sundaram Mutual and their RTA KFin Technologies. Investors can also request for a call back from a customer relationship officer.

In a press release, Sunil Subramaniam, Managing Director, Sundaram Mutual said, “Investors are increasingly going digital and the familiarity WhatsApp has among the old and young alike makes this popular messaging app a key platform to be present on. Introducing this service with access to the most frequent reports and details sought by investors is expected to reduce investor wait time by 10x giving them what they are looking for instantly.”

In future, the fund house aims to introduce new facilities like online on-boarding and transaction.

Your clients can add Sundaram Mutual Fund’s WhatsApp number (+91-95000 57237) in their contact list and send ‘Hi’ to avail this service.
