Motilal Oswal AMC has named Akhil Chaturvedi as the Chief Business Officer. Prior to this post, Akhil was the national sales head at the AMC.
In the new role, Akhil is heading the sales (India and Middle East), products and business development verticals at the AMC. Akhil said his key responsibility is to grow the retail, institutional and offshore businesses which include mutual funds and alternate products.
Akhil has been working with Motilal Oswal AMC since July 2013. Prior to Motilal Oswal, he was with Daiwa Asset Management and Birla Sun Life AMC.
