Bajaj Capital hosted a talk show for investors titled ‘The FINtastic Talks' on Dec 16, 2021 at Hyatt Regency, Bikaji, New Delhi.

Setting the tone of the talk show, Sanjiv Bajaj, Joint Chairman & MD, Bajaj Capital said, “We are living in a constantly changing world and for creating, sustaining and preserving wealth over the long term, our behaviour towards money will play an important role.”

This was the 21st episode and it featured Morgan Housel, Partner, Collaborative Fund, Former columnist and award-winning author of 'The Psychology of Money'.

During his address to attendees, Morgan said, “As an investor, you should focus on what never changes and that is human behaviour - It's not what has changed but what that has never changed which gives the clue where the world is going. You should have 'reasonable optimism' and, therefore, save your money like a pessimist but invest like an optimist.”

Additionally, Rajiv Bajaj (Chairman & MD, Bajaj Capital), Manish Gunwani (CIO, Nippon India MF), Jimeet Modi (Founder & CEO, SAMCO MF), Vishal Kapoor (CEO, IDFC Asset Management), Chirag Setalvad (Senior Fund Manager, HDFC MF), Raghav Iyengar (Chief Business Officer, Axis MF) shared some interesting personal investing experiences with the audience.
