    While the industry is heading towards achieving the AUM target of Rs.100 lakh crore, the number of women MFDs/RIAs is miniscule. In order to encourage women participation in financial distribution industry, Franklin Templeton has dedicated its 26th anniversary to women MFDs/RIAs.

     

    As a firm supporter of women professionals, Franklin Templeton in association with Cafemutual will acknowledge 26 successful and inspiring women distributors through a series of articles. These articles aim to highlight the conviction and courage of successful women MFDs/RIAs. It also aims to encourage other women to become a part of the mutual fund industry and lead a life of pride and financial independence.

     

    Every article will have stories covering the inspiring journey of 2-3 women distributors. And all these stories will capture how women distributors overcome unique challenges in a male dominated industry, what motivated them to become a Mutual Fund Distributor, and how they grew their business.
