    UTI MF announces Bonus

    UTI Mutual Fund to pay Bonus to investor in three of its schemes

    Mumbai: UTI Mutual Fund has announced bonus under UTI Unit Linked Insurance Plan, UTI Childrens Career Plan - Balance Plan and UTI Retirement Benefit Pension Fund. The record date for distribution of bonus is April 25, 2011.  The bonus declared will be in the ratio of 1:10 (unit holders will get 1 additional unit for every 10 units they currently hold) under all the schemes.

    UTI Unit Linked Insurance Plan is an open ended tax saving cum insurance scheme with the investment objective to provide return through growth in the NAV or through dividend distribution and reinvestment thereof. UTI Childrens Career Plan Balance Plan invests not less than 60 per cent in debt instruments in low to medium risk profile and not more than 40 per cent in equity and equity related instruments. UTI – Retirement Benefit Pension is also an open ended fund tax savings pension scheme with the investment objective to provide pension on a periodical basis to the extent of unit holders holding value after the completion of 58 years of age.
